This is the emotional and deep video from a band called framing hanley. The video touches on such themes as corruption and guilt, The main focus of the video highlights the preist's "Sinfull" lifestyle. He is seen to break down while giving a service, the people at the service are seen to give money to the church; this is ironic as this represents their misplaced trust and the corruption of the preist. A church is seen to be a holy place of complete serenity and good nature, this is allso how the preist is seen thus highlighting his sinfull vulgar ways and their innocence. This is a classic representation of how no one is truly perfect, even though society would deem the preist boardering on surreal perfection he is shown to be just as human, just as frail and faulty as every other living thing.
This is the video for voodoo people by The prodigy. A clue of the song and videos deeper meaning are shown in the title "Voodoo People". This is shown through the actions of the people in the video, they are blind folded and shown to be controlled by financial desire. In their lust for money they risk everything to gain it, for example running headfirst into lamp'posts and even oncoming traffic. This could have a metaphorical meaning which is that people are contolled effortlesly by greed and their dark desire's, and who ever holds this (for example money) holds power.

Lyrical Analysis
Personally I believe this song to be about gambling and the crisis a gambling addict faces."Scratch card glory or waist low pleasure?" may mean trying to win big in the bookies or other place of financial legalised gambling and such or going home to your girlfriend. "Black eyes nose bleeds, don’t look back now" basically means the debt man coming to take his property because he is so far in debt and probably taking a few punches before he leaves.
"My white abode, do you remember? My white abode" means he has probably lost his house in his gambling problem. "But it’s such a thrill just to find out…" means it is such a thrill for him to see if he wins or not, this further proves his gambling problem."Sorry you’re not a winner with the air so cold and a mind so bitter What have you got to lose but false intentions and a life so pretentious? I sweat, I ache." This is pretty much self explanatory he has lost his money through gambling and feels dreadful he is also questioning the morals of society and his outlook on life. At the end of the song the lyrics "what what what" means he has lost again and is questioning it...this shows yet again a gambling problem: gambling addicts never think they can lose.
And "try again/insert your coin" is ironically just like the poker machines or slot machines and also could metaphorically be talking about his life. Notice it doesn't say game over? this is directed at his psyche and his gambling problem...he feels the need to continue squandering his cash regardles.
Analysis
This is the video to "Sorry Your'e Not A Winner" the video is filmed in a small room full of fans, this is to show that the band are not too big to be shown with their fans face to face. This in turn makes the band seem more friendly and down to earth even though their music is very unique and vibrant. The use of strobe lights and the the extras dancing and moshing represents the band's style very well.
Lyrics:
Scratch card glory or waist low pleasure?
Black eyes nose bleeds don’t look back now
My white abode do you remember?
My white abode do you remember?
But it’s such a thrill to find out...
Sorry you’re not a winner
With the air so cold and a mind so bitter
What have you got to lose
But false intentions and a life so pretentious?
Scratch card glory or waist low pleasure?
Black eyes nose bleeds don’t look back now
My white abode do you remember?
My white abode do you remember?
But it’s such a thrill to find out...
Sorry you’re not a winner
With the air so cold and a mind so bitter
What have you got to lose
But false intentions and a life so pretentious?
Scratch card glory or waist low pleasure?
Black eyes nose bleeds don’t look back now
My white abode do you remember?
I sweat I ache...
Sorry you’re not a winner
With the air so cold and a mind so bitter
What have you got to lose
But false intentions and a life so pretentious?
What?-What?-What?

Bullet for my valentine
Bullet for my valentine are a heavy metal band from wales in the UK

This is the video for "Waking The Demon" the video's story follows a teenage boy being bullied in highschool. This yet again appeals to BFMV's teenage audience, as people are more lickely to take an interest in something they can relate to. Stereo typically the bullies are dressed in the latest clothes, are what you could consider good looking and are physically imposing to look at. This contrasts with the tormented boy as he is rather small in stature, and dresses alternatively to the bullyies. Ironically the boy turns out to be a werewolf. This could metaphorically suggests that through the boys pain ,anger and hatred he has overcome their actions and words, gaining power and superiority. This is ironic as it is everything the bullies tried to take away from him, his confidence, his pride and power.

The variouse posters from BFMV consist of dark contrasting colours and cartoons of dark yet stylish nature. This further represents their style of music as it focuses heavily on emotional pain experienced by young individuals. These emotions could be anything from anger to frustration even sadness and this is heavily refelected in the image and colours they use, for example guns, blood etcetera.
